PRODUCT DISCRIPION ：Clear lacquer for EOE RECOMMENDED USE ： Modified epoxy lacquer, used as exterior and interior lacquer for EOE for beer & CSD Physical Properties COLOUR ： clear SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 30±2% stoved 30 min @ 180℃ VISCOSITY ： 80- 130 secs (Apply 4 cups of Ford#4 @ 25℃) Application Parameters SUBSTRATE ： Chromized aluminum APPLICATION METHOD ： coil coating, roller coater APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 60±20 seconds THINNER ： V3008/T3300 CLEANER ： V3008/T3300 DRY FILM WEIGHT ： External coating 4-6 gsm； Internal coating 11-13 gsm STOVING SCHEDULE ： 10~20 seconds /241℃（PMT） STIRRING ： Stir in the original barrel for 15-30 minutes to adjust to the appropriate viscosity for the machine Stir well before use Additional Information HANDLING PROCEDURE ： 5-35℃，store out of sunlight SHELF LIFE ： 6 months @25℃ in original sealed container PACKING SIZE ： 20kg or 200kg/barrel ISSUED DATE&VERSION ： 2022.8.12 , version 02 |
