General description of Ambulift Aircraft Medical Lift

1.1Ambulift Aircraft Medical Lift is mainly composed of automobile chassis, supporting foot assembly, lifting fork frame assembly, box assembly, front platform assembly, rear platform assembly, hydraulic system and electrical system.

1.2 The auxiliary beams are always in the frame structure. It is composed of an auxiliary beam frame, a front support frame and four extendable hydraulic supports.

1.3 The hoisting frame is composed of two high-strength rigid components hinged together to form a scissor-type fork frame structure. Its upper and lower parts are respectively hinged to the carriage and the auxiliary beam. The lifting of the hoisting frame is achieved through the extension and retraction of the hydraulic cylinder.

1.4 There are two independently operable working platforms at the front and back to facilitate the boarding and alighting of passengers with mobility issues.

1.5 The front platform can be extended and retracted forward and backward for convenient access to the boarding cabin door. The rear platform can be folded and retracted as well as lifted vertically, making it convenient for passengers with mobility issues to get on and off the vehicle.

The front platform of 1.6 is equipped with guardrails, and the guardrails of the telescopic platform can also be retracted. Anti-collision protection measures are installed on the outside.

The boarding vehicle for passengers with mobility issues is modified based on the Qingling Class II vehicle chassis (QingLING 700P) truck.

1.8 The cab is equipped with a set of working status indicator lights to show the working condition. The cab is equipped with a set of operation panels for the retraction and extension of the support feet and the lifting and lowering of the body. Inside the box body, there is a set of operation panels for box body lifting, platform extension and left and right translation.

1.9 On the left side of the box body, there is a side door for the convenience of staff and accompanying persons to get on and off the box body, and there is also a safety handrail for going up and down steps.

2.0 The vehicle is equipped with four hydraulic H-shaped upright support feet on all four sides.

2.1 The control system combines manual oil circuit control and circuit control.
